Gua Sha

Gua Sha is also called scraping. A tool is used to scrape the surface of the skin causing a petechiae type reaction. Gaining recent popularity in beauty and cosmetic applications, gua sha is traditionally used on the body for its internal effects. It is beneficial for chronically tight areas and fascial adhesions at muscle attachment sites.
